That’s why we’re launching a free, course through our new tool, the Wrestle Like A Girl Academy – an online education platform that helps build confident and formidable competitors on the mat, gives parents the tools and resources needed to support their daughter's wrestling journey, and provides coaches a place to upskill themselves.

Course 1

Our first course, “You Belong Here: Why Girls Should Consider Wrestling”, is designed for girls in grades 5–12 who are curious about trying wrestling.

Through three quick and relatable lessons, students will learn how wrestling helps girls grow strong in body, mind, and friendships—and that there’s a place for every girl on the mat. Whether you're new to sports or already competitive, this course shows how wrestling can be your next big adventure.
