Adrienne Arsht Leadership Award®

The Adrienne Arsht Inaugural Leadership Award was established in 2022,  in honor of business leader and impact philanthropist, Adrienne Arsht. This award recognizes a person or persons who, over time, has personified extraordinary leadership under challenging circumstances. The recipient(s) possesses unique and exceptional qualities which inspire and motivate others to achieve their fullest potential.  The award identifies individuals of great character, moral courage, and tenacity. These luminaries are committed through their acts, to inspire others to follow in their example.

This year we are honoring leaders who are aligned with the preservation of wrestling equality and who, through their work and leadership, serve as "guardians" of the movement
