2x World Medalist, Combat Veteran for Special Operations, M.A. in Sports Performance Psychology, and and founder and Exec. Director of Wrestle Like A Girl, Inc.

Joan Fulp (Co-Chair of the Girls High School Wrestling Sanctioning Committee @USA Wrestling/Wrestle LIke A Girl)
Joan has a degree in Physical education and Literacy; she has a vested interest in wrestling as her late husband Lee Allen is a 2x Olympian in BOTH Greco-Roman and Freestyle and both of her daughters (Katherine Shai and Sara Bahoura) wrestled in college and represented Team USA on multiple national teams.

Andrea Yamamoto (Co-Chair Girls State High School Sanctioning Committee @USA Wrestling/Wrestle Like A Girl)
Andrea is the former Team Washington Girls Coach; wrestled for Richland High School from 1986-1989, Competed at Senior Women's World Championships 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and was the Women's director for USA Washington 2014-2016. She is currently the girls coach at Chiawana High school in Pasco, WA and studies the micro and macro dynamics of state high school associations.
